Welcome to Beaded Gems. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Deposits

All orders placed with Beaded Gems require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work begins.

This deposit secures your order, materials, and production time.

No order will be scheduled or started until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

2. Production Time

Each item is handmade with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be completed.

Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, custom designs, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any delays.

3. Final Payment

Once your order is completed, you will be notified to make the remaining 50% balance payment.

Orders will not be shipped or delivered until the full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

After full payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped using your selected delivery option.

Shipping times and fees may vary depending on the delivery service chosen. Beaded Gems is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you.

Please ensure all details (design, size, materials, etc.) are correct before confirming your order.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

Refunds will not be issued for completed custom items.

7. Product Care

Beaded Gems jewelry is handmade and should be handled with care.

Proper care will ensure longevity. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
